Finding the shade and tone that works for you and your hair is my artistic reward. As small busness I can’t refund paid services but I will take extra steps to correct or fix to satisfy my clients need. If a client cancel in 24hrs there will be 50% charge for the amount it was booked. If the client no show it will be 100% charged on the amount it’s scheduled. Communication is a key
